New Student Orientation Housing

The University of Dayton offers on-campus housing options for students, and optionally for family members, during Orientation. Housing availability and costs vary depending on the session you choose:

Two-Day Orientation Sessions (May 29/30 & June 3/4)

  • These sessions include an overnight stay as part of the program.
  • Student housing is required and already included at no additional cost.
  • Family housing is available for an added fee.

Single-Day Orientation Sessions

  • Housing is optional for both students and families.
  • Students may choose to stay overnight for $50 per night.
  • Family housing is available for $225 per night.
